still dropping by every now and then
i hardly do anything spiritual these days, and generally question most of my past experiences, so nothing to share really
i did enjoy the inglorious bastards, and can recommend avatar for some nice green scenery though

Ya been wanting to see Avatar, i went a few weeks back and it was sold out so i'll probably hit it in a week or so.

I watched a movie that had so much potential. "Solaris"
Quote
Upon arrival at the space station orbiting an ocean world called Solaris a psychologist discovers that the commander of an expedition to the planet has died mysteriously. Other strange events soon start happening as well, such as the appearance of old acquaintances of the crew, including some who are dead. Written by Toth-Amon

A psychologist still reeling from the death of his wife receives a cryptic message from a friend telling him to join him on the space station Solaris which is studying a spatial phenomena. Because of the phenomena, people from the Solaris' crew's memories begin appearing and interacting with them, including the psychologist's dead wife. The people appearing do not know they were created by the phenomena and think they are the "real" people interacting with the people they know on Solaris
I think this group would agree with me on this one. They were actually bringing thought forms to life, but they played the drama card instead of studying them.  Roll Eyes

Interesting thoughts about Solaris, have you seen the original in Russian and sub titled for us English speakers? More sinister style with good mood music and the planet views had presented with that hint of menace. At least that is how I saw it and the sub titles probably help as it removes some of the personal nature.

I've read the book, very good. One of rare books which explore the psychosis of introverted mind, plus it's an SF.

I'm thinking someone had major life issues to deal with - sometimes that means yes, the past needs to lay down for a bit.

Bored tonight so i went into stalker mode and found kim, found some of her ramblings. But for some reason still feel empty. She's laying low from the grid i guess, A hint on the ones that know her they'll know were to find these, seems she's staying busy

Thanks for leaving the light on these forums Smiley
